Why does the business type matter?
Your business type directly determines which content you can add. It also affects which verification documents are required. Choosing the wrong type means you won't be able to open the form for the content you want to add.
Main type and subtypes
- Main type (Ana tür): A single choice. It determines your permissions.
- Subtypes (Alt türler): You can choose more than one. They describe your business but don't grant extra permissions.

How should I choose?
Think about your business's core activity:
- If you run tours, workshops or organized events: Activity / Event.
- If you run a restaurant, cafe or bar: Venue. You can also host events at your venue.
- If you run a hotel or guesthouse: Accommodation. You can also add the restaurant and events at your property.

Can I change it later?
- You can change subtypes yourself within the same main type: User Panel → Business Settings → Business type → "Save subtypes" (Kullanıcı Paneli → İşletme Ayarları → İşletme türü → "Alt türleri kaydet").
- Only the site administration can change the main type. If you need to, contact us.
